Pardon the English. I don't speak French, but I have been searching here and using BabbelFish trying to solve my problem and I am having no luck. I am hoping you can help me.
I have a Spyder 3 Pro meter and I have installed ColorHCFR 2.1.0 and Spyder 3 Pro 3.1.3 on Windows XP. I copied the "Spyder3.dll" to the C:\Program Files\ColorHCFR directory but I got an initialization error when trying to do a measurement. I then found this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1129&t=29927680 and did what is mentioned there (copy the three DLLs to the three locations). I still get the error. When I run the Spyder3 Utility, it can take ambient room readings and such, so I know it is hooked up and working. It must be something with my DLLs or where I am putting them.
ANY help is greatly appreciated!

I found the issue. You must use Spyder 3.0.4 and the 3 DLLs in there. I uninstalled 3.1.3, installed 3.0.4 and then copied the 3 DLLs over to the ColorHCFR directory. It is working now.
I found the install here: http://support.colourconfidence.com/ind ... 48&nav=0,3
Again, my apologies for the lack of French on my part.
