just for your information I am not a profesional calibrator it is kind of hobby. I am not sure if i do it completely correct. Also, please, keep in mind that each panel is unique. it means the best settings for one panel can be bad for another

So i warned you !
The following things were used to do my calibration:
Calman software and manual calibration process
ColorChecker Display plus sensor
RasberryPi PGenerator - pattern generator
Hisense u8k 65" (VA panel)
Calibration was done for RGB limited range (16-235) (black level was set to low on TV manually during calibration process and in calman app, but PGenerator provided full range patterns to avoid double processing), because of it it is valid for all video content and it is technically okay for console gaming as well. But It is not suitable for PC gaming, because PC uses full RGB Range (0 - 255) .
Long story short you can try the following settings
if you want to play console games in SDR
if you watch SDR video content
it would be better to avoid the settings:
- if you want to work or play on your PC
